3. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for orders that meet a specific total amount set by our official promotions (the exact eligible amount will be displayed on the checkout page).
4. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can also log into your Ozzy Air account and check the latest logistics updates under "My Orders."
Please note: It may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to activate and update in the carrier's system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buyer's Responsibility: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. All such potential charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer (recipient). Ozzy Air has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Refused Shipments: If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, the original shipping fees, return shipping costs, and handling fees will be deducted from your total refund.
6. Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

Address Accuracy: Please double-check and ensure you provide an accurate, complete address (in English or the official language of your country), phone number, and email at checkout.

Address Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

Modification Limits: Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot modify the shipping address. Ozzy Air is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package carefully upon arrival. If the outer packaging is severely broken or the product inside is damaged, please take clear photos as evidence, refuse to sign for the package, and contact our customer service within 48 hours.

Lost Package Claims: If the tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check your porch, consult with neighbors, or contact your local post office/courier drop-off point first. If the package is confirmed lost, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you in filing an investigation with the logistics carrier.
