1. Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.

  • Be approved by our customer support team before being returned.

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For security and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or repaired after delivery

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Items returned outside the approved return period


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

After your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) if your request is approved.

Returns sent without an approved RA may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a fully trackable and insured shipping service, as Avelle cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

At this time, Avelle does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend returning your eligible purchase for a refund and placing a new order through our website.


7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and item

  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (when available), store credit, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days from receiving confirmation:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
